Chaayos - Creative Director - Content

Accountabilities /Metrics:

Content development:

- Build best in class year long content calendar for Chaayos and G&T, AV storytelling, trendjacking, moment marketing etc.

- Make Chaayos social handles grow ahead of industry. Followers, engagement - Create and execute content playbook for G&T Campaign development

- Work with agency on large campaign strategy and amplification

- Work with COD and CLM function to translate the big idea into great copy and execution across consumer touchpoints Partnership with ecosystem

- Build large scale media backed content partnerships with ecosystem

Key Competencies:

- Exceptional copy writing skills.

- Someone who Understands brand management and consumer themes, ability to translate brand agenda into great and engaging ideas/copy, An eye on the latest and greatest of social media.

- Structured thinking to create concepts based on brand positioning and tonality. Create annual content calendar with fixed/fluid moments and for large campaigns.
