Chaayos is looking for a seasoned transformational leader to join their Branding Team as Assistant Manager-Brand This role is critical for the organizational growth, given the exponential expansion plans Chaayos has for the coming 1 - 3 years. Role of this individual will be to build/lead the branding function and branding strategy, lead community building, lead generation and conversion, brand building, trust and credibility building while expanding the customer base to ensure Chaayos stays on the growth trajectory it has set its vision on for the next 2-3 years. - Define brand positioning and articulating customer proposition. - ATL Campaigns to increase customer base in every part of the marketing funnel. - Understanding of consumer insights to drive positioning, new products and increase customer acquisition in specific segments. - Brand Awareness, Consideration, TOM. Attitudes and Barriers. - New Product Development, Cafe design, customer journey mapping and verbiage, creatives for in-store campaigns - Overall share of voice of brand, social media engagement and followers, 1. Should be detail oriented as far as campaign and marketing execution goes 2. Good design sense and understanding of working with creatives/agencies (Design Sense + Understanding of Chaayos brand) 3. Exposure in Sales will be icing on the cake. 4. Data Oriented - Good in numbers and analytically strong 5. Customer Focus - Should be able to manage Customer queries / Take feedbacks and work on them with internal teams 6. Cost Efficiency (ROI) - An accomplished, strongly motivated individual with extensive Brand &amp; Marketing Leadership experience: 1-3 years of experience leading brand and marketing with reputed organizations in the Consumer Sector (FMCG, Consumer Durables and QSR). - Ability to build an astute and high performing Brand and Marketing team to meet and exceed organizational growth and vision in the coming years. - To take ownership of top line revenue for the organization and annual branding and marketing strategy and execution with ROI Metrics in line with Organizational goals. - Work extensively on the ground while partnering with the sales team for successful lead conversion. Engineer from Tier1/Tier 2or Postgraduate from top Management Institutes.
