Job Purpose:  Responsible for leading the region for Sales & Marketing, managing the distribution channels and overseeing the logistics in the western part of Indian Subcontinent region for all CG Product Lines. The role implements the Sales strategy of CG in order to achieve the budgeted sales from a region within the defined limits of debtors and Inventory.  Reports to National Sales head for Sales and Order input Figures, Process Cost, Business Development Activities, Manpower, Market Intelligence report on Monthly basis.  Key Result Areas:  - Establish the sales objectives for the team.  - Plan and implement key strategies to achieve the sales & financial goals by leveraging internal and external resources.  - Interact with customers for building up a long-term profitable partnership / acting as a catalyst for Change Management.  - Engage with customers to build up a long-term Customer Relationship  - Drive optimized decisions on expenses, people management, result orientation, customer orientation  Educational qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA preferred   Experience:   - Around 14-18 years of experience with minimum 8 years of Sales /Marketing exposure in Electrical Products.  - Should have a minimum 3-4 years experience of handling a region (minimum of 3- 4 states) and should have led a team of at least 30 salespeople.  - Should have exposure to sales of standard / engineered product /capital equipment and project to customers.  - Exposure to Channel Management and Key Account Management
