- Identify and Map key organization learning Imperatives.
- Design and Implement the process of identifying and accessing employees learning needs.
- Create learning content for both technical and behavioral skills with internal and external partners.
- Measure the impact of learning intervention.
- Implement Digital learning platform.
- Design and implement career progression road map.
- Identify key and high risk position and prepare individual development plan for them.
- Design and develop programs for Talent pool.
- Design and implement technical skills framework.
- Design behavioral assessment framework.
- Develop vendor and external partner scrutinization for Learning development
Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred: Master's degree in business, Learning and Development, organization development (OD), organizational psychology, communication, or HR
- 10+ years of end-to-end Learning and Development experience with a proven track record of results.
- Experience with large-scale organization
