CG Power & Industrial Solutions - Manager - Corporate Treasury - CA/CMA

JOB Description:

We are looking for the manager level candidate with CA/CMA qualification with atleast 1 year/2 Year experience in relevant areas, for filling up the vacancy in Corporate Treasury

Reporting: Compiling of monthly Borrowings details both Fund and Non Fund Based Limits, with repayment schedule - track the repayments. (Both Domestic and Overseas).

- Coordinating with units/divisions/Geographies for various data points and Adhoc requirement.

- Board Reporting.

 Compliance: Stock Statement Monthly, CMA, QIS II and QIS III.

- EDPMS Tracking.

- UFCE Reporting.

- CGHR4U -Signatory Management.

- FX Back Office - MTM Reports.

- Reconciling the Forward contract Confirmations.

- Ensure to Adhere to FX Policy.

- PCFC Tracking.

- Inward remittances (Bill realisations and Advance Remittances).

- Support function- LC/BG requirement.

- Assisting in Consortium Requirements.

- Daily Cash Management.

Misc:  Preparation of bankers queries reply.

- Liasioning with the Banks.
