CG Power & Industrial Solutions - Deputy Manager - Accounts - CA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Consolidation of the financial statements.

2. Handling quarterly review and year end audit with complete control over financial results and financial statements (including cash flow statement)

3. Handling quarterly presentation data inputs with detailed financial analysis

4. Working on automation of audit requirements including cash-flow (through SAP reports and other mode). Development of reports under BPC.

5. Manage transition to new requirements under Schedule III, CARO 2020, SEBI LODR changes and Ind AS changes.

6. To take part in other initiatives related to audit - ICFR, ITGC, and consideration of internal audit issues for statutory audits.

7. Preparation of Consolidated Accounts monthly, quarterly and yearly basis as per the IND-AS along with analysis, profit bridge etc

8. Analysis of each overseas subsidiary based on local chart of accounts using IT tool & preparation of Notes

9. Compliance with INDAS, other relevant applicable GAAPS and other relevant provisions of SEBI, MCA, ICAI etc.,

10. Coordinating/interaction and report building with auditors for completion of limited reviews and year-end audit.

DESIRED CANDIDATE:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with post qualification experience of 4- 7 years
