- Collect and analyze all business, operational and financial data as required and present reports/analysis/decisions/trends to the management team. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in systems.
- Collect and update information on markets, customers, vendors, business, environment, products, technology, people, competition and any other aspect that can or will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the company.
- Formulating budgets, strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes & achieving profitability norms
- Detailed Analysis of business plans - Scenario Planning, Demand Estimation, & Cost-benefit analysis
- Partner with functional heads in deriving strategy formulations and project management, outlining progress on ongoing projects, responsible for tracking of Business Transformation initiatives
- Participate in a board meeting and coordinate with agendas and outcomes as specify actionable items as Minutes of Meetings, follow-up with respective function/departments, and drive to closure.
- Provide regular feedback on the performance of the business and its achievement of agreed AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and other plans.
- Work on special projects like mergers and acquisitions of new business entities
