CFO/VP/GM - Finance - Manufacturing

The Client :

A leading manufacturer of Plastic injection molded products for over six decades based in Chennai.. It has multi-locational manufacturing facilities and caters to Automotive, Beverage Packaging and Consumer Electronics sectors.

The role :

CFO / VP / GM - Finance encompasses all activities of the CFO including but not limited to Strategic Financial Planning, Accounts / Budgetary Control, Costing, Treasury and MIS

Indicative deliverables :

1. Fund raising

2. Liaising with Banks and other Financial Institutions for arranging Working Capital Limits and Term Loans, etc.

3. Direct and Indirect Taxation / Excise

4. Finalization of Accounts

5. ROC Matters

6. MIS and Reporting

7. Audits

8. Secretarial Matters

Ideal person for the role :

- CA ( Preferred) / ICWA with relevant experience

- Experience: 15 - 20 years in manufacturing industry background in a leadership role, preferably in medium size companies.
