Resource is a recruitment consulting organisation based in Mumbai, India. We cater to Senior and Mid level talent searches for various client base across industries for both Indian and Multinational business houses.

We are currently working on a senior assignment for one of our esteemed client headquartered in Singapore, a global leader in the supply chain management of agricultural products and food ingredients.

Designation offered would that be of CFO to be based in Libreville,Gabon (Africa). Position will be reporting to the Country Head.

The brief synopsis of the profile is as follows :

Qualification

- CA

Experience

- Post Qualification 10 to 15 years experience, out of which 3 to 4 years in a senior leadership role.

Roles & Responsibilities

Heading Finance Function of country operations taking care of following Key Areas

- Business Planning & Growth Strategy

- Annual Budgeting & Business Review

- Extensive experience in independently heading operations in F & A, Working Capital Management, Treasury & banking, Audits & Handling Operations

- Proficient in Development & Implementation of Systems, Procedures & Internal Controls

- F&A & MIS Reportings (Ohada Reporting)

- Business Support by designing regular reports, review and analysis

- Business & Accounting Procedures; to review, modification and implementation of Corporate and local SOP, resolving conflicts and seek agreement of local team

- Controls; rigorous review of controls, improvements & assessment of exposure and risk reports of operations.

- Department Structure and Second Line; to ensure adequate manning, review and assessment and development of second line at all levels in department

- IT Systems; understanding local business environment, coordination with IT team, monitoring, review and sign off of development and implementation of changes.
