CFO/Head of Finance - CA - Engineering Solutions Provider

The Company :

- A global engineering solutions provider enabling companies to conceptualize, design and manufacture products, having a clientele spread across the globe, with operations in the United States, Europe, India and Africa.

The Role :

- CFO/Head of Finance function provides leadership to the finance function broadly covering the areas of Fund raising, Financial planning and Management, Controllership - Accounting and Reporting, Treasury Management, Annual Business Planning (Budgeting), Taxation (direct and indirect), Working Capital Management, M&A etc.

The Person :

- Charted Accountant with about 12 to 20 years of experience with progressive growth in the finance and accounts function. Atleast 5 years of leadership experience in driving organisational growth from a financial management perspective.

- IFRS, Knowledge about US & UK Taxation with experience handling multi country / multi locational services

Industry preference : Automotive, Heavy Engineering, IT Services.
