Experience: 5 - 12 yrs

Education: IIT+IIM/CA+IIM

Industry Preference: US based IT, dotcom, E-commerce, NASDAQ listed orgs, etc

Job Description & KRAs

- Prepare the company for a US listing

- Handling Investor Relations

- Owner of Finance Function

Desired Attributes:

- Strong Academic background - CA topper/CA+MBA/IIT+MBA combination

- Must have been part of team that got their company listed on a US bourse
