- The CFO Centre, India is part of the CFO Centre Group which is the Global Market Leader for part-time and virtual CFO services delivering Time, Money and Peace of Mind to ambitious mid-tier owner, managers, typically with businesses with turnover between 2 crores to 800 crores.

- To support significant growth, the company is now looking for an ambitious Regional Director to build, lead and manage vertically integrated teams of CFO to deliver the company's unique style of part-time finance director/CFO services to mid-tier businesses.

Required Skills and Experience

- Candidate should be residing in the NCR Region ONLY.

- Minimum 7 years as CFO of an organisation.

- Leadership, empowerment and management.

- A team player who thrives on building a high performing team.

- Strong relationship building, team and account management skills.

- Enjoyment of and successful track record in developing new business.

- Entrepreneurial attitude to business.

- Ability to also generate and convert leads.

- Ability to recruit, develop and motivate people.

- Has previously built a sustainable team/division.

- Ability to create, maintain and leverage fee distribution, preferably with pre-existing locally established client base.

- Empathy with and understanding of the role of the CFO

- Commercial background. No - number crunchers- need apply.

- Good presentation and communication skills.

- Understand what a brand like CFO Centre brings to the table.

- Able to develop a strong alignment to the Company's culture. Ability to fund development of role in initial stages.
