- Candidate should be Chennai based and should be interested in developing our business which is still at a start up stage. - Minimum 4 years experience as a CFO. - Strong Commercial acumen - Leadership, empowerment and management. - A team player who thrives on building a high performing team. - Strong relationship building, team and account management skills. - Enjoyment of and successful track record in developing new business. - Entrepreneurial attitude to business. - Ability to recruit, develop and motivate people. - Has previously built a sustainable team/division. - Ability to create, maintain and leverage fee distribution, preferably with pre-existing locally established client base. - Empathy with and understanding of the role of the CFO. - Commercial background is a must. Pure - number crunchers - need not apply. - Good presentation and communication skills. - Able to develop a strong alignment to the Company's culture. - Ability to fund development of role in initial stages. Have the ability to fund the start-up phase of joining our team. During your start-up phase it may take time to build your client base, dependent upon your current situation this could take 3-6 months before earnings start to flow. You will require enough financial stability to cover your personal expenditures during this period
