FP&A role at Third Eye Distillery Pvt Ltd About the Company - www.strangerandsons.com Primary Job Responsibilities: - Manage the multi-year, multi-product, multi-business lines, multi-geography business plan; for both internal purposes and for fund raise activities. These are essentially forward looking annual budgets and quarterly operating plans. - Critically monitor actual spends against quarterly plans, critically monitor profitability from each of the segments mentioned above, critically monitor cash requirement from each of the service lines mentioned above and critically monitor cash burn for the Company as a whole. - Specifically manage India and international marketing & sales budgets, engage with respective teams frequently, allocate budgets as appropriate and keep track of spends and benefits thereof. - Manage investor relations - reporting and queries - with respect to budgets vs actual and way forward on trends. - To prepare Company level MIS comprising revenue analytics, P&L, BS and Working Capital statements, combining financial and non-financial information for the Company. - Participate in the management discussions with the founders and other key stakeholders every month, as appropriate. - Work on new initiatives from FP&A perspective - give a finance dimension to new initiatives by preparing budgets and estimating cash requirement. - Manage fund raise activities in terms of managing sell side due diligence. Manage the data room and handle investor queries as appropriate. Requisite Skill: - Strong analytical skill; should be able to grasp nuances of different businesses quickly. - Clarity of thoughts in terms of problem solving and root cause analysis. - Excellent MS-Office skill - to be able to manage complicated spreadsheet. - Good financial modelling skill. Should be able to transform large volumes of data into actionable insights. - Excellent oral & written communication skill - to be able to manage communication with stakeholders independently.
