Broad job responsibility of the Operations Head will be following :-
Ensure Adherence to policies
Establish workplace policies and communicate these to all members regularly
- Ensure full compliance with Citizens Alliance, regulations and policies and Code of conduct
- Implementing corporate operational strategies and support all staff involved, including the district teams
- Map business processes and establish internal Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
Oversee Financial and Legal activities
- Constant monitoring and analysis of the operating environment, advice on legal considerations and risk assessment
- Oversee the activities of the finance function to ensure that all financial processes are followed
- Review and record financial obligations and payments
- Review monthly accounts/financial statements; analyze and monitor status of obligations and expenditures
Oversee HR activities
- Manages process to populate scorecards and other instruments used for monitoring and reporting business performance.
- Oversee field level human resources management and supervise the work of HR
- Organization of trainings for all employees based on identified training needs along with the vertical / entity lead
- Oversight performance management systems and maintenance of HR filing system and personnel files.
Oversee Adminitrative activities
- Conduct audits/assessments on the conditions of all the assets and take necessary actions on disposal
- Analyze the office space requirements, oversee the preparation of layout plans in all the offices and make decisions on the office space requirements.
- Manage various contractors and payments
- Ensure proper data security policies and all security measures are in place to manage all the resouces
Build Capable and Motivated Team
- Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance for the operations team
- Drive organisation and culture building initiatives and support cascade of values/ desired behaviors
- Ensure continuous & smooth knowledge transfer to the teams across the organisation
- Ensure adherance to the hiring processes and hire right people to build on the team capabilities
