CFBI - Associate - NGO/CSR

About CFBI:

Citizens Foundation for Better India (CFBI) is a platform created for young professionals to mobilize communities, collaborate with relevant stakeholders and leverage data and technology for innovative, sustainable and targeted interventions at scale.

We achieve this through our flagship projects, strategic planning for CSR programs and value creation within existing CSR projects. Our interventions span across four domains: education, healthcare, livelihood, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate should be able to work in a start-up environment, think strategically, solve problems in a dynamic setting, willing to work sincerely as part of a team and should be street smart.

- Develop solution for a module within the project, along with effective implementation strategy

- Implement developed solution in a given time frame

- Coordinate activities with other team members in other modules

- Coordinate with external partners, primarily vendors, occasionally with clients

- Foresee potential pitfalls and ensure seamless execution of the module

- Set up data collection and reporting systems

- Carry out other project activities assigned by Team Lead/ Module Lead

Skills Required:

- Strong communication skills

- Proficient with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word

- Able to implement planned activities
