Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation / MBA
Years of Experience : 8 - 10 years
Job Scope /Summary :
The Sales Manager will be responsible to lead, direct and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revise and implement the sales strategies plans.
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Provide an excellent and professional level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Analyzes and controls expenditure of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Supervising, monitoring and motivating team performance with ensuring that everyone in the team achieves the targets.
- To implement all aspects of Sales Process encompassing all sales related activities such as planning, monitoring and measuring all customers within the defined area.
- Implement programs to win continued customer's loyalty.
- To prepare sales reports on a monthly basis.
- To assist the National Sales Head in preparing the annual sales budget for management approval and implementing the same.
