Since 1996, hundreds of thousands of participants from various cultures, backgrounds, and organisational levels have experienced Cesim's business simulations. Our headquarters are located in Helsinki, and we operate globally through own offices and partner network.

You will build on our well-established position in India, and accelerate business development in India. You will join an international team who have successfully developed market leadership positions in their own regions. Your typical client interface is a professor or instructor at a higher education or secondary education institution.

Responsibilities :

- Marketing and sales of online simulations to educational institutions including:

- Identifying target accounts, formulating promotional campaigns, executing direct sales

- Onboarding new adopters

- Managing and developing existing accounts

- Developing our instructor community

- Reporting

- Participating in India sales strategy development; channels, market and segment prioritisation, sales process development

- Build strong network with senior decision makers in top colleges/ corporates

- Presales & Sales Support:

- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels

- Identifying and developing key marketing strategies for successful new client acquisition and sales growth

- Contributing to product development

Requirements :

- Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a small-business environment.

- Strong orientation for sales and business development.

- Enthusiasm for helping customers succeed with experiential learning technologies. Comfortable in a university environment.

- Bachelor or Master's degree

- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
