Fund Accountant - Private Equity Funds.

Job description :

Shift Timings : 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST

- 3-8 yrs of exp, should be CA,CFA,CPA reputed universities candidates.

- Strong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis

- Hands on experience on various debt instruments like, Bank Debts, High Yield Bonds, Distress securities etc.

- Hands on experience in End to end NAV calculation;

- Have worked on closed-end/Private Equity, partnership allocation;

- Calculating allocations of income and expenses up to the different classes of limited partners of the private partnership investing funds;

- Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems;

- Takes initiative to ask questions and detect problems;

- Team-oriented and demonstrates a strong work ethic;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Experience in Geneva

- Experience with Geneva World Investor desirable (GWI)
