Looking for Certified Black Belt preferably from BPO industry with strong communication skills, analytical ability, client facing ability. Fundamentally strong with passion to drive improvements and change.
- Must have led atleast 2 DMAIC projects with exposure to Lean implementation.
Black Belt, BPO is responsible for:
- Facilitating iQMS deployment and tracking the suggestions from the respective processes for improvement.
- Leading process improvement initiatives for their respective process/processes employing six sigma and lean methodologies.
- Involvement with client-related process improvement initiatives.
- Training green belts and mentoring projects.
- Identifying and prioritizing projects (opportunities) based on the client /process needs.
