Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct TNA / Training Gap Analysis
- Prepare, roll out and implement Training calendar (Soft Skills & Product)
- Develop Soft Skills Training modules and deliver the same, PAN India on a regular basis
- Responsible for ROI(Return of investment) of the Trainings imparted
- Manage Orientation of new joinees
- Synchronize the training function with the rest of the functions: Planning, Recruitment, Operations & Quality
- Aligning TNA/TNI to SLAs / Business Needs
- Training Evaluation & Feedback / Assessment & Audits
- Ensure proper closure of stake holder queries
Candidate Profile :
- MBA with 5+ of experience in Training & Development in Hospitality, BPO or Insurance industry
Should be well-versed with :
- Deliver Soft Skills Training at PAN India
- End to end Training Management. The person will be required to function as an individual contributor.
- Candidate with strong communication skills and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Should possess maturity to handle professionals at various levels
- Should be good at developing In-house Content Development
