Role description:
This is a dynamic role where one is required to constantly looking to create new opportunities for Cequity’s business. Cequity has been on a high growth path & is now looking at significantly scaling its operations.
- This job requires the individual to have a strong understanding of business and be able to position Hansa Cequity as an integrated solution provider across Analytics, CIM, Technology & Digital practises.
- The individual should be able to go to market with a solution selling approach that positions our “integrated offerings” as solutions for a CMO.
- This role requires the individual to create new business opportunities by using his consultative skills to develop a customized solution.
- Extend and strengthen Cequity’s brand identity in the market place.
- Develop partnerships with Technology firms that can help us build business. Should be able to relate to CIO & technology teams.
- Canvass internal thought leaders for insights, ideas and expertise. Use these to open new conversations with prospects.
- Identify events for Cequity to extend our brand by sharing our Customer marketing strategies with B2B audiences.
- Setting up clear processes with the Creative & Client servicing teams to ensure Content supply chain.
Job Requirements:
- Proven sales ability in the areas of solution selling for Business consulting, Analytics, Market research etc
- Proven experience in achieving revenue goals
- This position requires a high degree of personal motivation. Person should be excited by the opportunity of creating new markets.
- Should have the confidence to work in a small team and independently take charge of new initiatives.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape from both a business and technical perspective

Desirable:
- Background /experience in client relationship management
- Management /business consulting /client-side exposure (i.e. ability to stretch outside of the sales arena to have strategic conversations and transform briefs)
Qualification & Experience:
- 8 to 12 yrs of Consultative Selling / Business Development experience
- MBA marketing from a Tier 1 or Tier II institute
- Experience in working with Consulting / Analytics / IT / Market research / Information product sales companies is essential
- Exposure to international companies like Merkle, Harte hanks, Acxiom, Epsilon, AIMIA will be preferred
