The Position :

- You will be part of the core senior team at CEQUE responsible for strategizing the fund raising strategy and managing existing donors. In addition, you will contribute to CEQUE's overall development goals.

- Identify new donors : Conceptualize and execute a longer-term strategy for identifying, reaching out to, networking with and engaging potential donors, including Foundations, CSRs, HNIs and other sources of raising funds. The role will include preparing presentations and writing proposals

- Manage existing donors : Plan for and manage existing donors through developing deep relationships with donor organizations, relevant communication, regular updates and reporting

- Review : Present and participate in regular internal reviews on the fund raising strategy and its execution. Participate in the broader programmatic reviews and contribute to CEQUE's overall strategy.

The Profile :

- You will be a seasoned professional in the area of donor engagement and fund raising for non-profits, or be a seasoned CSR professional. You will be skilled at developing and executing fund raising strategy and be experienced at managing stakeholder relationships.

- At least 8 to 10 years of experience preferably in the development sector as a donor engagement and /or fund raising specialist or a similar role in the corporate sector

- Experience with developing fund raising strategy and seeing it through successful execution

- Excellent skills with building and managing relationships with various stakeholders

- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills

- Willingness to travel

Remuneration : In the range of 60 - 65K per month depending on qualifications and experience
