2. Has the ability to work with investment banker to search, shortlist & brief VCs.

3. Prepare pitch deck and financial models.

4. Can do market research and analysis.

5. Evaluating feasibility and strategic initiatives where the CEO may need support.

6. Participation in critical operational review.

7. Preparing the range the POVs that the CEO may need in executing his functions, including presentation.

8. Spadework of fund raise.
