Job Description :

- Engineering with optional from MBA.

- An Entrepreneurial bend of mind with 5 Plus Years of experience of working with startup.

- Have raised fund more than 1$1 Million from VC's in India or US.

- Has ability to work with investment banker to search, shortlist, and brief VC's.

- Prepare pitch deck and financial modelling.

- Can do market research and Analysis

- Evaluating feasibility strategic initiatives where the CEO may need support.

- Participating in critical operations reviews.

- Preparing a POVs that the CEO may need in executing his functions including presentations.

- Industry intelligence, competitor activity, competitor financial performance.

- Aid in planning process

- Participate in critical meetings along with CEO ,in which he feed the need and follow up on a probable outcomes.
