The CEO is responsible for providing Strategic, Financial and Operational leadership for the Company and will closely coordinate and work with Promotors.

Communicate on behalf of the company, with Investors, Vendors, Government entities, and the public

2. Act as an ambassador for the company and its promotors

3. Leads the development of the company's short- and long-term strategy

4. Create and implement the company or organization's vision and mission

5. Evaluate the work of other executive leaders within the company

6. Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.

7. Assess risks to the company, ensuring they are monitored and minimized

8. Set strategic goals, making sure they are measurable and describable

- Primary Responsibilities :

1. Plan, develop, implement and direct organization's operational and fiscal function and performance in terms of setting up efficient and effective collection system of Plastic Wastes from Urban development Authorities of cities, recycle them, sale resultant products and manage Extended Producer Responsibilities (EPR) and monetize the same.

2. Handle and oversee day-to-day operations of the company. Provide expert financial and operational guidance and advice to others within executive leadership.

3. Identify reliable vendors, negotiate with them and establish Plastic Recycling Plant as a complete project.

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in any areas associated with Manufacturing related discipline/engineering preferably with MBA. Knowledge of Plastic Engineering, may have added advantage for the position.

- Experience in a senior management position for at least 5-10 years, preferably in midsize Manufacturing company.

- Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.

- Experience in Project Management.

- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.

- Understanding of human resources and personnel management.

- Experience with corporate governance.

- Extensive experience in setting up systems, procedure and policies within the organisation.

- Proven negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.

- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.

- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.

- Excellent oral, written communication skills in Hindi, English (and preferably in Gujarati)

- Preferred age is between 40-45 years
