Candidate Profile:

- The ideal candidate should have over 25 years of experience, with at least 10 years in operational roles in Thermal Power. They should have managed the entire lifecycle of a power project, from bidding to operation. The candidate should be well-connected and influential in the Power industry, having a strong network

- They should have served as a CEO for at least 3 years, taking responsibility for the Balance sheet and P&L. Experience in collaborating with Promoters and Board of Directors is important. The candidate should have a strategic mindset for Business Development and experience in managing a Family business

- Key qualities include proven commercial skills, adaptability, and resilience. Good public relations, strong sensing and anticipation capabilities, and effective listening skills are crucial. Overall, the candidate should bring extensive experience, strategic vision, and strong interpersonal skills to excel in a leadership role in the Power industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's overall strategy, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market opportunities

- Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth within the Thermal power sector

- Oversee all aspects of project management, from initial planning to operational implementation

- Ensure the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance and operational efficiency

- Take accountability for the company's financial performance, managing the Balance sheet and Profit & Loss statements

- Implement effective cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth

- Collaborate closely with Promoters, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals

- Foster strong relationships within the industry and wider business ecosystems

- Drive strategic initiatives for business expansion and development within the Thermal Power sector

- Identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring the company remains competitive

- If applicable, manage the dynamics of a Family Business, balancing professional and personal considerations

- Lead and inspire a high-performance executive team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration

- Mentor and develop key talent within the organization
