JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Evolving successful Business development, Operations and other strategies to expand the present business to Quadraple . turnover level within 5 Years.

- Lead the Company as a strong a provider of 360 degrees security services especially Enterprise and High-End security in delivering integrated solutions across Access control, CCTV, Intrusion, PIDS, Fire-alarm, Building management on to a command &Control /PSIM platform etc.

- Setting up and administering a training academy for security personnel.

- Enhance Company's branding strategy, product-service lines, best HR practices, Training, Technology up-gradations, legal and regulatory compliance& sustainable initiatives.

- Work in close coordination with Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain and technology to ensure smooth achievement of operating plans

- Drive P&L - Review SLAs, forecasts, budgets and profitability from different business verticals

- Driving excellence in services/end user experience for client acquisition and retention

- Explore and evaluate potential investments, risks and return

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Around 23 years with 5+years in Top Leadership levels with major part of Career with Progressive and Profitable Security Services organizations with Sizeable and Multi-location operations. Preferably a P G in MGT. Proficiency in South Indian languages apart from Hindi and English

- Proven track-record of Strong Business and People Performance. Ability and strong desire to geometrically explode Company performance.

- Very thorough understanding of all rules, regulations and requirements pertaining to running a security Services organization, especially being part of a reputed group. Being a very critical element ,very good exposure to initiating and managing a Strong training Support structure.

- Excellent Net-working cap[abilities with Police, Other relevant Govt Establishments and Top business people to grow Business Manifold vide smooth operations
