Role - CEO / Managing Partner

About us : We are a small but fast-growing accounting KPO serving SME clients in US & Canada. We are registered in Canada having office at Ahmedabad. Currently we are team of 24+ and growing.

Principal Accountabilities :

1) Responsible for day to day smooth functioning of the office.

2) Develop and implement strategies to improve client service delivery and grow the business

3) Directly heading Sales & HR functions and managing both the teams to fulfill thier targets and objectives.

4) Achieve targeted sales for the branch.

5) Over looking Accounting operations team headed by a Operations Manager.

6) Manage the staff and Enforce HR policies.

7) Train, guide and motivate the team to achieve the desired results and reduce attrition.

8) Overlook the hiring, onboarding and exit process for the staff.

9) Daily reporting to the management.

10) Other work duties related to the smooth functioning of the office in general.

Compensation : 15 - 25 lakhs (including fixed + variable). Variable paid on Sales turnover of the company, so it can be higher if targets achieved are plus plus.

Experience : 10+ years in Management Role

Education : MBA / CA / CFA / CPA / ACCA and other related fields
