Company Profile Our client is large, professionally managed, highly profitable Global MNC performance chemicals / specialty chemicals / polymers manufacturing organization based in USA-Leaders in their field. Our clients have a Global turnover exceeding Rs.4000 crores. Our clients are on a rapid transformation phase and hope to grow very rapidly in the next few years. They have recently started their Indian sales & BD operations recently. They plan to soon start an offshore centre for engineering design & process. Over a period of time, they have plans to set up manufacturing operations in India. Our clients seek to recruit dynamic & experienced professional as CEO to lead the India operations in totality. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the Global CEO. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with the status of the position

Job Profile

Will be the Head-India operations and be involved in conceptualizing, strategising, setting-up and leading the BD & other initiatives in India & S.Asia to achieve the targeted toplines & bottom-lines

Candidate Profile

Engineers (Chemicals / Petrochemicals / Plastics / Polymers / Paint / Oil) (preferably MBAs) aged 48-56 with 25-30 years leadership Business Development experience in the areas of Polyolefins, Polymers, MasterBatches, performance chemicals / specialty chemicals / polymers. Must be currently working in top-notch MNC / Reputed Indian organisations and heading the National sales & commercial functions for India. Must have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and preferably had international exposure. Must be willing to travel internationally.
