We are 10-year-old Education Institute having Engineering & Diploma Colleges under an umbrella. We are looking to restart our execution in taking our Institute to next level.

Experience: 10+Years ( Below 45 age group)
Location: Bhubaneshwar, Odisha
Education: Any Post graduation from a good university or PhD,
We are fine with candidates coming from Non-Education Background
What we are looking:
- Must be from Entrepreneur background with hands-on experience in building business
- Should have built new edge products or done work on cutting-edge technologies
- Must have exposed working into Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Branding, Alliance & Operations area.
- Must have 10+Years of experience in Building & Scaling Business
- Young personality with below 45 age group
- Business Driven personality with humble in nature
- Must have Graduation or Post Graduate or PhD in Technical Stream
- Complete charge of all functions (academic and administrative) activities at the Institute
- Actively took part in framing the policies of various committees
- Involved in the process of introducing & initiating a certificate course
- Hands on experience in Sales, Marketing, academics, operations, administration, HR
- Overall charge of all training & placement activities of all the departments
- Enterprising leader with a solid record of contributions that streamlined operations, invigorated businesses, heightened productivity & enhanced internal control
- Leveraged entrepreneurial ability and skills in translating corporate vision, to overcome complex business challenges
- Great orator with extremely good listing skills
- Should be people person & understand large
The capacity of this role:
- General Management Role with overall P&L responsibility for the College campus.
- Responsible for admissions, operations, budgets, revenue and margins growth, collections, P&L, and staff recruitment
- Accountable for stakeholder satisfaction, building and maintaining good relationships with the Advisory board and regulatory bodies/ officials.
- Set up and scaled up businesses and educational institute
Ensured proper skill - set development of students of all branches by way of soft skills training, technical skills training, personality development programs and English language proficiency courses.
- Accountable to provide an overall proactive leadership in an educational organization for bringing the best outcome in Teaching- Learning Processes, Research, Corporate Relations and Branding of the organization+.
- Continually endeavouring to improve the operating effectiveness of the Institute.
- Keep informed of current practices and techniques relating to Institute programs, teaching and administration by attending meetings and professional development conferences, and reading professional materials.
