Job Description :

- If you have been dreaming of a creating/leading your own high-growth start-up but do not know where to start, this maybe for you

- The Entrepreneur will lead Venture Factory's new Healthcare venture in developing, implementing and managing day-to-day operations and strategy.

- The business is to create a viral online healthcare platform, to address the large and unmet needs of the country. The business plan is confidential and will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

What are we looking for in the candidate :

- MBA from a top IIM, ISB or B.Tech from top IIT only

- Experience in digital/online/consumer-facing businesses is critical

- Minimum of 2 year experience in top firms

- Strong outward facing functional experience (sales, marketing, customer acquisition, BD etc.)

- Excellent project management and product development understanding

- Demonstrated achievements around monetizing content, building brand and online businesses

- Should have managed P&L and have the confidence to sell the vision to VC's and raise funds

- Ability to build and motivate high quality teams

- Real Go-Getter (ready, fire, aim) with demonstrated examples of execution achievements

- Passion for Entrepreneurship. Preference given to those with demonstrated interest in startups
