Job Description :

- The Entrepreneur will lead Venture Factory's new Healthcare venture in developing, implementing and managing day-to-day operations and strategy. The business plan is confidential and will be shared with shortlisted candidates

What are we looking for in the candidate :

- MBA from a top -tier Business School (IIM, ISB etc.) or B.Tech from a top-tier Engineering institution only

- Minimum 3 year experience in top Investment Banking or Consulting firm

- Strong online B2C background with strong passion for Healthcare

- Demonstrated achievements around monetizing content, building brand and online businesses

- Should have managed P&L and have the confidence to sell the vision to VC's and raise funds

- Ability to build and motivate high quality teams

- Real Go-Getter with demonstrated examples of execution achievements

- Passion for Entrepreneurship. Preference given to those with demonstrated interest in healthcare and startups

- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
