Our client is a leading new age digitally native financial institution who has developed market leading capability in credit quant and analytics. Its expertise has been recognised by global financial institutions who have approached it on a regular basis for consulting services in quant and analytics.

In order to support these global consumers of its IP and expertise our client has created a new unit to house its quant and analytics consulting capabilities. This unit houses its market leading product and tech capabilities - which include global experts in this space.

Our client is looking for a CEO for this unit to take on overall responsibility for this unit, including but not limited to revenue, product, client management and staffing

The key responsibilities and requirements will be as below:

Responsibilities :

- Design the overall strategy, mission and strategy for the business in close partnership with the founder and Board

- Design and build the organisation across revenue, product and support functions

- Build out a profitable client franchise. Target clients will be global and domestic FIs looking for specialised knowledge and tech support in credit quant and analytics

- Our client has multiple offices in India and well as branches in Singapore, the Middle East and Europe.The CEO should leverage this presence to generate business from global clients

- Attract and retain best in class talent

- Maintain a cutting edge standard of product development

- Ensure the highest standards of product delivery
