CEO/Country Head - Apparel Sourcing

Our client is one of the largest Apparel sourcing organisation of Repute. They are planning to set up their office either in India or Bangladesh. The candidate will be a country head to handle the sourcing of Apparel to cover the markets of India Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

We are looking for Candidates only from the Apparel sourcing experience and NOT from any other Experience.

Experience working one of top US/ European sourcing companies like Walmart/ JCPenny/ Target/Tesco or similar companies is a major Plus.

He must have experience as a head of sourcing for at least 5 years with overall 20 years of experience.

He must have handled more than 100 to 200 team for sourcing.

He must have handled clients from US and Europe.

Education from NIFT or equivalent is a major Plus.

We are working along with an international recruiter for this position. The duration of selection is very long varying from one to four months.
