CEO - Construction Equipment Business

Position: CEO (Construction Equipment & Commercial Vehicles)

Location: Hyderabad, IN.

Reporting to - MD

Summary:

- Education: Business Management with B.Tech. - Mechanical, Automobile, Civil (preferred)

- Location: Hyderabad (preferred) or South.

- Age: 40 - 45 years

- Experience: 15-20 Years

- Coverage: Telangana & AP (Kurnool)

- Industry: Construction Equipment, Mining, Crushing (preferred)

Role:

- Responsible for ensuring smooth business operations to meet MGB Goals and understand the Growth plans.

- Desire to know how best to approach New Opportunities, including Delegating tasks or Directing agendas to drive Profitability by managing organizational structure.

- Developing Business Strategies and plans to align with short & long-term objectives.

- Build trust relations with key Partners and Stakeholders and act as a point of contact for shareholders.

- An Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Maintain a deep knowledge of the Markets and Industry of the company.

- Familiarity with Diverse business functions such as Marketing, PR and Finance.

- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's Legality and Business Ethics.
