CEO/Cofounder - Investment Management/Private Banking Domain - FinTech

Cofounder - FinTech Profile:

- We are looking for an expert from the Investment management or Private Banking space to join as CEO and Co-Founder full time (can be part-time initially).

- Significant experience (min 10 years of experience) in the Private Equity/Venture Capital industry or as a Private Banker, ideally in the SEA region

- Ability to leverage existing network with large funds and High Net Worth investors to identify and create right product-market fit

- Wants to transition from corporate to owning a start-up and understands and is excited about both the risks as well as potential rewards.

- Based out of Singapore

Responsibilities:

- Assess and redefine the current product-customer fit based on experience and industry conversations

- Contribute towards product development and rollout (no primary ownership)

- Hire necessary talent including tech, business development and administration

- Liaise with government authorities for necessary licenses/approvals

- Lead the business development efforts on both supply and demand-side

- Help in further fund-raising rounds
