CEO/Co-founder - Land Bank/Real Estate Investment Startup - IIT/IIM

Company Description: The company is in its earliest stages of setting up, and is a one of its kind Landowner focused - Customer Centric - Technology backed - Real Estate Investment Structure. It is backed by Idein Ventures which is a global Venture Capital and Private Equity firm with startup and growth capital investments (including investments in other real estate related startups); and has a global growth plan with support from huge international firms in the process. The company functions as a realtor for land bank and incorporates many unique aspects beyond a REIT structure.

Key Responsibilities :

- To form a team of offline operations and online/offline product experts and set-up the business from scratch

- To conduct market research and data analysis, to study demands of customers (real estate investors/ home buyers) and curate solutions accordingly to cater to their demands

- To strategize, research and analyze market conditions, needs, problems and solutions, with respect to the real estate industry

- To establish relationships with Land Owners, Builders, Architects and other experts associated with the trade of real estate development

- To hire and monitor a product development team to develop product and technology for the company, starting from requirement sheet to final delivery

- To curate and generate demand, generate and create supply, and ensure delivery and financing; with respect to real estate developments

- To manage all day to day operations of the business which includes connecting with landowners, associating with builders, overseeing real estate projects development, on-boarding architects and lawyers, maintaining and developing technology and product for the same, online and offline operational management, and all aspects of business development

- To be involved in all activities needed in the formation and growth a start-up, in general.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Entrepreneurial and Leadership experience of 5-10 years is needed.

- Strong knowledge of the functioning of real estate industry is needed with strong preference for any professional experience in the same.

- Experience of working in any real estate consulting firm in India or abroad is preferred (any experience with capital markets division is further preferred).

- Experience of working in/with product and operations teams of of online/offline real estate marketplace is also preferred.

- Excellence in creating teams from scratch and building a profit center is preferred.

- Graduates from premier institutes such as IITs and IIMs are preferred.
