CEO/Co-Founder - Hospitality Startup/Tech Enabled/Organized Laundry - IIT/IIM (3-10 yrs)
- Build and cultivate a stellar and high performing team
- Building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth, profitability and company value
- Drive Sales and Business Development to achieve strategic objectives in line with Vision and mission of the company.
- Develop & implement creative and well-defined sales strategies to increase market share and market penetration
- Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Readiness to get hands dirty by being on the ground to understand the pain points of customers.
- Serves the customer by recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company
- Driving day-to-day operations including but not limited to operations, marketing, sales and Customer success.
- Develop business plans, forecasting models and scenario analysis. Maintain and communicate detailed reports to track performance against plan.
- Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Gather, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions (cost- benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, impact analysis) and develop strategic recommendations align with strategy and growth objectives
- Develop in-depth financial models using advanced financial analysis and excel skills and improve cost efficiencies in roll-out plan.
- Work on all/any aspect of research: research planning, primary research, secondary research, quality checking and collect competitive intelligence and market landscape. updates.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and able to think holistically and creatively to solve complex business problems
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree +3 years of experience in IT/Laundry/ Sales/ Marketing /Business Development
- Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and public speaking skills Preferred qualifications:
- Graduates from IIT, IIM and other esteemed schools
- Experience in a leadership role in a Startup is a plus especially on BD / Marketing / Sales / Investment Banking
- Good organization skills, time management skills, and the ability to act with minimal guidance
- Previous entrepreneurship experience is an added advantage
