About Role:

1. Business Head handling Business Strategy, Executive Reporting, Corporate Planning & Budgeting, Management Accounting and Control, Approvals, Design, Presentations & MIS, Marketing, Sales, Construction, Legal, Product Development, Technology, Project Management. etc

2. Analysis approvals and closing new land/project investment opportunities in India including preparation and sign-off the final business plans, taking approvals from BD council and Company board.

3) Business Planning - asset management for the projects to ensure profitability as per business plan

4) Program management- managing the design, approval and budgeting processes for faster monetization of Projects.

5) Responsible for legal and approvals .
