The company provides broadband, voice, video, data and managed services over a robust 250,000-route-mile U.S. fiber network and a 300,000-route-mile international transport network.  Looking for an SAP Specialist Recruiter (IC Role) for US IT Operations with a minimum of 6+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in the IT industry.   Technology knowledge -Decision Science, Statically Modelling, Predictive Analytics, SAS, Data warehousing, Hadoop, Hana, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst etc. Currently our focus is on SAP & IT Infrastructure Technical side ( SAP BODS, BO, BOBJ, BW, BI, HANA, ABAP, BW ABAP, Fiori ) IT infrastructure (Linux/Unix Admin, Oracle/SQL Admin, Sharepoint, Windows Admin_.  Joining Location : Noida   Experience: 6-10 Year  - Excellent experience in full lifecycle recruiting in US Staffing domain.  - Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC and Citizens.  - This position is for permanent hire (80%) and 20% other as contract and contract to hire. Responsible to work on a Permanent, C2H (Contract to Hire) and Contract position  - Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals - Dice, Monster, Job posting, Internet sourcing, networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and also knowledge of various free job sites, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing & resume.  - Must have experience for direct client requirements as opposed to channel placements  - Schedule interviews, co-ordinate, manage paper work and recruitment process  - Must be aware of the latest technologies and willing to learn  - Key performers will be innovative, resourceful, and exhibit a good business sense.  - Preference will be given to resources who has experience hiring BI professionals  - Experience with Direct Financial clients will be strongly preferred.  - Knowledge of US regulations and culture is mandatory.   - Willing to work in night shifts ( PST Zone )
