Job purpose:

- The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, will provide leadership and direction to the Talent Acquisition function. The manager will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for the organisation positions across all verticals. The range of services includes selection, negotiation and finalization of the contracts with the candidates in addition to other personnel related support. The Senior Manager will be responsible for long-range planning and staffing for recruitment, support for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and strategic advice to internal stakeholders. The Senior Manager will be responsible for sustaining an effective and responsive recruitment function that successfully delivers all facets of recruitment throughout the organization, conducting various recruitment activities by effectively partnering with hiring managers, generating and maintaining a network of candidates and contractors.

Job Responsibilities:


- Manage and drive the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers and closing candidates

- Manage hiring manager expectations, develop processes around interviewing and hire people

- Be knowledgeable about our business and why people should work here

- Work closely with our team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent

- Keep em warm! Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for

Job Requirements:

- Talent magnet with 12+ years of experience as a full- -cycle recruiter in a fast growing company

- Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks

- Naturally curious. You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.

- Obsessive about candidate experience. You are self-aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails. You- re respectful of the candidate and the stressful process a job hunt can be

- A utility player. You're willing to help out wherever needed

- Expertise in Sourcing using LinkedIn and other social media channels

- Both in-house or agency experience is acceptable (with available metrics to back up how great you are)

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree

Must have:

- Prefer someone with 6+ years of recruiting experience in non-tech industry

- Strong experience in sourcing talent through various platforms

- Should have built the tech capability for recruitment team through ATS implementation

- Experience in setting up the process map for TA analytics


Salary offered: 16-24LPA
