- Focused in revenue generation through Leasing & Sales of Commercial properties.

- Managing leasing transactions from sourcing, inspections, proposals, negotiation, documentation, transaction and registration.

- Have a good connect and coordination internally with all departments from architectural, MEP, legal etc to ensure smooth transactions.

- Regular interactions with IPC's, Channel Partners and other brokers across all regions.

- Nurturing healthy relationship with clients and channel partners.

- Managing the lease registration along with the legal team and government authorities.

- Managing the investors of all commercial projects across all projects.

- Conducting client inspections, execution & closure of deals, and manages end-to-end documentation pertaining to the transaction.

- Managing leasing & RFPs for the upcoming commercial project
