General Manager - Fund Raising (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Professional to join our real estate company. As a Fundraising Professional, you will play a pivotal role in securing financial resources and investments to support our real estate projects and initiatives.

You will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, building relationships with potential investors, and managing the fundraising process. This position requires strong networking skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of real estate investments and financing.

Responsibilities:

- Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the company's real estate goals and funding requirements. Identify and target potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and private equity firms.

- Investor Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors. Act as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining regular communication. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to effectively convey investment opportunities.

- Investment Proposals: Prepare investment proposals and financial models to showcase the potential returns and benefits of real estate projects. Conduct detailed financial analysis, perform risk assessments, and present investment recommendations to potential investors.

- Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process for potential investors, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate the gathering of information, perform background checks, and provide transparency and clarity on investment structures and terms.

- Fundraising Campaigns: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns to attract investors and raise capital for real estate projects. Develop marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and online content, to effectively promote investment opportunities and the company's track record.

- Networking and Relationship Building: Actively network within the real estate and investment communities to expand the company's investor base. Attend industry events, conferences, and other relevant gatherings to establish and nurture relationships with potential investors and key stakeholders.

- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of fundraising activities, investment progress, and financial performance to investors and internal stakeholders. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.

- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, real estate investment opportunities, and regulatory changes impacting the industry. Conduct research and analysis to identify new market segments, emerging investment strategies, and potential sources of funding.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including project managers, finance professionals, legal counsel, and marketing teams, to align fundraising activities with project requirements and financial objectives.
