We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) specializing in luxury real estate sales to support our sales team in promoting and selling high-end residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury market, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to assist in managing the sales process effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Delivered convincing sales presentation to potential clients and investors.
- Researched luxury properties pricing trends and made appropriate pricing recommendation to clients.
- Effectively market the community through the development of a leads base and selling the community through discovering, presenting and closing qualified leads.
- Assisting Buyers with the customizing and selection of their new home and site.
- Assisting buyers with the financing of their new home purchase.
- Able to handle work load, work as one team, taking quick decisions, can manage team, drawing conclusion.
- Maintain relationship with new and existing client for referrals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues, and provide solutions
Basic requirements:
- Experience between 10-15 in the Bangalore real estate space
- Exposure to handling HNI customers and closing sales of ticket sizes of 4Cr+
