Background/ Context:
- The Person will be leading the BFSI Vertical, wherein vision is to be the preferred Training consulting company.
- In this endeavor role would involve holistic areas around Solutioning, GTM to establish Centum learning as a thought leader, Drive business KPIs by leading a cross functional team of external resources & also work with cross functional teams within the organisation.
- The incumbent will be responsible for setting up and managing the entire BFSI Vertical in Centum.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes):
- 15 years of which should have at least 5 years in Business Development for training business in Banking, Finance and Insurance sector.
- Worked with BFSI Industry (Leading brands) in Sales/ Service for at 5-7 years at a Senior Role.
- Good network with the BFSI decision makers across country.
- Should possess Consultative skills in order to build a solution framework based on business challenges of key stake holders and ability to think thru a problem solutioning.
- Should have a strong understanding of the opportunities, needs for training needs of the BFSI sector.

- Setup for BFSI verticle- Solution, Approach, Content capability, SMEs, Trainers and delivery.
- Partnership Signing up strategic partnership to onboard new solutions .
- Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping training opportunities, budget and timelines
- Maintain and submit training reports and documents
- Ability to work with others in a harmonious manner to achieve organizational goals in the prescribed time
- NPS management
