Job Description :

Job Title/Role : Service Delivery Head - Sales & BD

Role Category : Sales & Business Development

Location : New Delhi

Reporting To : Head Employability

Employment Type : Full Time

Functional Area : Business Development

Education : Bachelor or Masters- degree from tier 1 college (IIT/BITS/IIM) or strong practical experience

Experience : More than 7 years

Key Responsibility Areas :

This will include but not limited to :

- Develop the strategy, plan and roadmap for alliances to extend footprint and offerings from the company

- Build and scale the supply side of employability opportunities for learners on the platform

- Build and scale institutional alliance to drive bulk customer acquisition

- Closely work with employers to understand industry requirements and develop employability solutions

- Responsible for on-boarding partners and manage customer lifecycle for lasting relationships

- Build and run pilot programs to test market adoption

- Working with other teams to develop and execute revenue models, new channels, pricing and go-to-market strategies for business growth

- Develop and motivate sales/ BD teams to execute and deliver business revenue targets

- Develop and implement strong processes to scale and manage sales and business development operations

- Conduct periodic reviews to measure progress, partner/ user growth and revenue forecasts

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by partners for healthy and lasting business relationships

- Any other related item necessary to achieve role objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes) :

- Prior experience in building and scaling a successful business from zero to one

- Proven experience working with partners to roll-out programs to drive awareness, demand and sales

- Ability to build and lead motivated teams

- Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion and business development skills

- Knowledge of various sales CRM and engagement tools

- Ability to build and drive high performance sales/ BD teams

- Bachelor or Masters- degree from tier 1 college or strong practical experience. MBA is a plus

- Prior experience in training and e-learning business preferred

- Ability to analyze data and build business insights

Target Industry/Sector :

- Training/ Skilling Industry
