Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned, dynamic professional for the Lead - Talent Acquisition role to help us in finding and retaining the best talent. In this capacity, you will be entrusted with designing the complete hiring strategy and implementing it for the ongoing quest across the portfolio. Building a strong employer brand, acting as a talent consultant and ensuring great relationships with the candidates will be a part of your core responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment needs while keeping a tab on timelines for closing open positions

- Source profiles from various job portals basis the job descriptions and candidate preferences

- Interview coordination including sourcing and screening relevant profiles from various mediums, scheduling interviews, follow-ups

- Update and track the status of hiring through shared spreadsheets

- Help to ensure HR practices are being followed and help in driving the HR function.

- Work towards enhancing employee engagement and promoting an organizational culture

- Any other item deemed necessary for the fulfillment of role objectives
