Position SummaryWe are looking for a strong sales leader driving business growth by building Rockstar sales team and structures.
As a Sales & BD Head, you will own the Institutional and Direct channels of customer acquisition to drive revenue growth. You will also coordinate with other functions to realize customer fulfillment and retention.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales target are met as per the organization's goals.
- Build and scale the acquisition of customers on the platform (students/ employers / colleges)
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
- To be a great People manager, recruit, train and retain people to achieve optimum output from the team.
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
- Closely work with customers to understand their needs and help team develop right product
- Develop and build strong team culture motivated to achieve goals
- Develop and implement strong processes to scale and manage sales and business development operations
- Conduct periodic reviews to measure progress, partner/ user growth and revenue forecasts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by partners for healthy and lasting business relationships
