Centum Learning - Content Lead - Technical Support

The incumbent will be responsible for working with Industry Lead and Content Research Lead in translating the content into technological output. Developing Tools for assessment using content platforms and working with external or internal IT partners in translating content in desired output format. Supporting the content team in suggesting and managing the technological requirements for best output using relevant technological tools. Keeping abreast with new technologies and tools being developed and Used for education and training purpose. Train the team and other members supporting the objective of content team on various technical platform and basic of technological uses in context to content development for sales and services domain.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Attributes

- 2- 6 years with exposure to AI based product development / product manager

- A software engineer or certified professional on various languages and platforms for developing software product using AI

- Shall have strong business orientation

- Should be a solution provider

- Worked as product development leader for minimum 5 - 8 years

- Innovative in approach. Able and willing to try and learn new skills and tools required for developing product /content for the Academy

- Should have worked in Edtech firms/ Gaming based product development product development area

Desired Attributes

- Knowledge of patent filing process

- Exposure to and knowledge of IPR norms

- Exposure to assessments and concepts of competency and competency framework

- Should have ability to handle various technical tools and equipment

- Should have developed some apps, games and has filed for patent

- Ability to manage teams developing content

- Manage alliances with technical firms or internal IT team for developing products

Key Responsibility Areas:

Some of the key responsibilities areas (not limited to these) would be the following:

- Translating content into product using technology

- Connecting and working with firm's internal content team in translating content developed into online products for sale and final offering. Managing specifications for the same

- Providing after sales services for the platform or tool if any glitches are indicated

- Ideating and working with Content lead Research and Content lead Practice and helping them conceptualize technical possibilities

- Ideate and develop products and platforms for other innovative products for the academy

- Managing alliances with external partners on technical sides for Sales and Service Academy

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with good communication skills; proactive and innovative in approach. Open to learn and unlearn continuously and grow professionally. An individual who would bring structure to design of content, content management tools and processes. The individual will possess the ability to work independently and in teams.
